hey I’m leaving for the summer and would like to have a female, preferably in mid-20’s, to sublet my room, it’s the master bedroom with a small walk-in closet, 1 bathroom to be shared with other roomies, 1 block from the L muni line with an ocean view. There is a full-size bed, dresser, and desk in the room. Sublease starts May 15th-August 15th 2008. Rent is up front for all 3 months, and utilities are to be paid monthly according to usage (around $40-50 per month). Deposit is minimal, and debatable! if you’re serious, email me, I would like someone responsible, considerate, and respectful! My roommates are in their early 20’s, and go to SF state and Academy of Art.
