Because I am insane, I decided to break down the actual costs of the paper towels that Amazon.com offers. It is hard to tell because of varying roll lengths, sheet sizes, and case quantities. Exellent Paper Towels
These paper towels are perfect. They are strong and don’t tear. I love the three size sheets in one for the “right size job.”

Pros:
- Fairly cheap.
- Environmentally friendly
Cons:
- Poor quality. I have gone through at least 50 rolls of these things and never once pulled a sheet off the roll without ripping it (unless I hold the perforation with one hand while ripping carefully with the other). These are not strong paper towels at all. For the price, I’m okay with that and will continue to purchase them, but make sure you’re aware before ordering.

No fishy taste or after-taste.
I’ve been using this product for over a year. Unlike other fish oils, it has never upset my stomach or made me burp fish - one, because it is ultra pure and two, because it is flavored with lemon oil. I credit this oil for my great skin.

I initially bought this product for the benefits listed on the Amazon and Nordic websites, I needed a good source of Omega 3 and decided on the Nordic 3-6-9, it’s an excellent and reputable brand. I had no idea how these supplements would help in the most unexpected way. For the past ten years or so I have suffered from headaches…most are sinus related, some are migranes, and some are from a neck injury. I relied on Imatrex, but that was breaking my bank account, not to mention what it was probably doing to my heart. Sinus pills did not work, neither did Tylenol 3, asprin, you name it. Unbelieveably, since I have been taking the Nordic 3-6-9, my headaches have all but vanished. I have no idea how or why they are helping, but that is all that has changed in my diet and can think of no other reason. I did a tiny bit of investigating and did read where fish oil pills can help migranes. If you suffer from them it’s certainly worth a try!

Wonder Vitamin
I prefer this brand of iron supplements. They do not flush out of your system quickly, and they are affordable. Since I have used these in conjunction with my multi-vitamin my hair has grown faster, white marks on my fingernails have disappeared, I don’t freeze all of the time, and I’m not as exhausted during my workouts. I recommend that any woman that is of a child-bearing age take these. Blood tests showed that the iron level in my blood was good, and all of these above listed symptoms persisted. No doctor ever recommended that I take an iron pill. Taking this supplement has benefitted me more than any vitamin or supplement I’ve ever taken.
Did More THan I Expected
My doctor said I was anemic and I was taking Fergon. I had a Nature Made coupon and used it at Target. Since taking this, I no longer chew on things that I did before (pica) due to anemia. Also, my libido is through the roof. Sure, my husband is happy but I can only attribute this very noticeable change due to the iron tablets. I thought my periods would be heavier or different…but they were the same.

This is my third reorder on this product, I’m impressed by it,,,,,I know Life Extension is a good brand so I am very pleased that Amazon carries this at such an exceptionally good price, Combine that with my free shipping with my Prime Membership and I’m a happy camper, Since I hide out from the sun, supplementing vitamin D is important, though it seems that more and more info is coming out on how vitamin D deficiencies can be so dangerous for any and everyone, Soooooo,,,,would make sense for everyone to take some as a precaution,and this one is a minimal investment for such insurance,
Great Value
If you live in the upper midwest or northwest where clouds and gray skies rule for 3-5 months a year, doctors advise patients 50 years of age or older to add at least 1,000 to 2,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 to their diets. The Life Extension brand is a great value, and I prefer the capsules over the soft gels. So this works perfectly for me. Always consult your physician before taking any drug or supplement because some of these may interact negatively with any precriptions and/or supplements you are currently taking. Always be cautious.

Useful but not great
I bought the Crane Penguin humidifier about 2 months ago. The filter arrived about a week later. My experience applies to people using HARD TAP WATER. So far I’ve found that, although the filter helped with keeping the humidifier a bit cleaner (I clean it once a week with diluted bleach for the tank and vinegar for the base), it only seemed to work to reduce white dust (from hard water minerals) for just over a month, using the humidifier at a low or medium setting. I’m considering using distilled water instead - it might work out cheaper than having to replace the filter every couple of months. I would definitely advise to keep the original cap for the tank and try the humidifier with and without filter.
Just OK
My advice is to keep the original cap in case you decide this filter is not for you.
It managed to stop mineral deposits from building up further on the side of the resevoir, but the water gained a musty smell after a 15 gallons/three weeks of use. I sanitize with chlorinated water bi-weekly.
It was especially apparent in warm heated rooms. The risk of bacterial growth outweighs the benefits of the filter for me and I do not recommend this product.
White dust
I got a lot of these Crane humidifiers. We have a lot of minerals in our water, so I got these filters. Some of the humidifiers made too much noise to use in a bedroom. They are extremely cute, though, and inexpensive.
I got white dust everywhere even with the filters, even after also using water run through another charcoal filter. If you are serious about these humidifiers, you need to use distilled water. Then you won’t need these filters.
About the white dust, I mean literally everywhere, inside the DVD player for instance. I have quit using all of the Crane humidifiers and put them away. I was really sad about this, because they are so cute. They did raise the humidity about 10%. We live in the desert, it is very dry in the winter.
