Accounts Policy

Your account can be deleted if:
- You have more than one (1) account -
- You have not activated it within 15 days of signup -
- It has been inactive (not used) for 30 days -
- It causes any problems or harm to the system or to the other members-
- You keep submitting unacceptable sites (Check "Sites Policy")-
- We cannot send you any e-mails do to an invalid address (wrong, bulk, autoresponder, etc)
-WARNING: You CANNOT join us with emails providers claiming us for click links to confirm our messages (like spamarrest, etc)
(You must keep your e-mail address up to date.)
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to abide by them and to receive e-mails from us periodically. You will receive e-mails from us only once in awhile. So please only use a valid e-mail address that belongs to you. !
La cuenta de un miembro será borrada si:
-Tiene más deuna cuenta
-No es activada pasados 15 días
-Permanece inactiva 30 días

Al registrase, cada miembro acepta nustros términos de uso y ello conlleva que acepta recibir eventualemnte emails de Publicidad.enla.net. Si su cuenta de correo no es válida, Publicidad enla.net no puede mamtener un contacto efectivo con usted y su cuenta será cancelada.

PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET forbids anyone from using our services for tracking any URLs that contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, gambling, racist, abusive, difamatory, or anything that may possibly offend (racist, hatefull, slanderous, defamatory, discriminatory or libellous in nature).
ALL websites submitted (including banner ads, text ads or all kinds of ads) must be acceptable for a general audience.
Your site(s) CANNOT contain, do or be any of the following:

- Contain Install on Demand, prompted or forced downloads -
- Redirect or forward to a different URL than submitted -
- "https" secure sites
- Contain any popup windows -
- Stall the timer and rotation of sites -
- Site rotators -
- Cause the system any problems or harm -
- Contain adult content (Pornography, gambling, etc.) -
- Offensive (Racist, hatefull, slanderous, defamatory, discriminatory or libellous in nature) -

Queda prohinido usar nuestro programa para promocionar sitio silegales de cualquier tipo. You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with double accounts will have them removed and banned.
Sólo está permitida una cuenta por persona y pc. Los miembros con cuentas duplicadas serán eliminados y baneados (proscritos del sistema).

Payment Policies

Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Client's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET reserves the right to change prices at any time.

PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET reserves the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.

Spam Policy

PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET absolutely prohibits the use of SPAM by members in their marketing efforts. Any member sending SPAM e-mails are subject to immediate termination of their account. If you have come to know about a members website due to SPAM, we want to know! Please contact us.

Privacy Policy

Lawful Purpose

Clients that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Los usuarios que usen su cuenta par actividades ilegales serán eliminados, lo mismo si son miembros gratuitos que de pago. Los miembros acuerdan indemnizar a Publicidad.enla.net por cualquier reclamación o perjuicio derivado del uso de nuestr oprograma para fines inadecuados.

Password Protection

Client is responsible for all use of their Client's account(s) and confidentially of password(s). PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Client understands and agree that PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Client will be notified in advance via e-mail. PUBLICIDAD.ENLA.NET shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Los usuarios entienden y aceptan que pueden no ser avisados cuando se produzca cualquier tipo de interrupción del programa. Cuando así sea posible, los usuarios serán avisados por email de cualquier perído previsto de mantenimiento o chequeo del sistema. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
