Occasionally, you will read negative comments from disgruntled or rouge franchisees trashing the reputation of their former franchisors. Often you will find these comments on blogs, forums or on websites.
Some of the discussion is persnickety and some is obviously from individuals with an axe to grind. Perhaps, these folks felt disrespected in some way or lost money and now they want ex-girlfriend revenge because the legal route did not pan out for them.
Either way, such Internet talk can drag a franchisor’s reputation through the mud. Interestingly enough, some of the comments you read are reality, some are semi-based on real events and others are complete falsehoods, and it is hard to tell what is real and what is not.
Maybe it is for this reason that many franchise buyers are a little leery of franchising, and that is okay really, it forces them to do more due diligence, which is a positive thing. All franchisors are not bad, and yes, there will always be rogue franchisees and disgruntled individuals that did not go along with the team, break the rules, or had violated the franchise contract and eventually terminated for cause.
Franchisors cannot run their franchise systems like dictatorships, sure, many of the franchise agreements read like they were written by an attack dog lawyer and a franchise CEO who wishes to run things with an iron fist. In reality, you cannot run a franchise system like that, it won’t work.

After the excitement of Christmas morning died down, and after we sat down to a nice turkey dinner, my ex-girlfriend revenge and two sons had one more present for me. They took me out to the movie theater to see ‘Rocky Balboa.’
My ex-girlfriend revenge knows the ‘Rocky’ movies are my all-time favorite sports movies. I’ve watched all of them — even the putrid Rocky V — multiple times. So, at some point I probably would have gone off by myself to check out this sixth installment.
To be honest, when I heard Sylvester Stallone was making a new Rocky movie I wasn’t optimistic. I figured there wasn’t much new ground to be covered, and that this would be just one last, pathetic effort to cash in on the Rocky empire.
Yet, the pre-release reviews were better than expected, and watching the trailer intrigued me.
Turns out, ‘Rocky Balboa’ still has something to offer. It is a good movie — not on par with the early Rocky movies, but a much better way to conclude the Rocky series than the street fight that concluded Rocky V. At least, let’s hope this is the final Rocky film.
This movie returns Rocky to his roots in many ways. He is down on his luck, dealing with the death of his ex-girlfriend revenge, a difficult relationship with his son, a failing restaurant and the feeling that he hasn’t yet done everything he is supposed to do.
A computer fight pitting him against current champ Mason Dixon in which Rocky is victorious, leads to an offer for an exhibition against the champ. Rocky, of course, accepts even though no one thinks he has any chance to be competitive.
This film has everything fans of ‘Rocky’ movies have come to expect. An underdog story, great fight scenes, personal anguish, training scenes including a run up the infamous steps in front of Philadelphia’s City Hall, and snippets of moments from other films.
If you are a fan of the Rocky movies, this is a must-see. You may not come away thrilled like you did in the original movie, but you will be satisfied that ‘Rocky Balboa’ is a worthy addition to the Rocky legacy.

The second thing that you need to think about is that you should not wait too long to deliver your apology. If something has happened where an apology is necessary, you are going to discover that the longer you let it fester, the more problems you are going to have later down the line. This is something that you should keep in mind, so make sure that if you are going to be apologetic that you do it soon.
Finally, mean it. An apology means that you are willing to do better in the future. If you apologize for something but then go right back around and do it again, you were better off not making the apology at all. There are a number of different things that you can do when you are looking at moving forward and this can help you get where you are going.
Make sure that you are getting the results that you need when you are looking at making an apology, so take some time and consider what your options are going to be and what you need to know.

Ancient Greece was a society very much based on religion. With periods of great conquest, the religion underwent many evolutions.

Greek gods were plentiful. You know many of them, even if you don’t realize it. A quick look at the planets in the solar system reveals names derived from Greek gods. For instance, Uranus is considered one of the two founding gods of the world by the ancient Greeks. That being said, ancient Greece religion was a bit more complicated than just names.
Religion in ancient Greece was based on belief in what we will call event deities. There were gods for love, war, the sea and so on. The gods were also anthropomorphic, which means the Greeks believed them to be physically and intellectually similar to humans. They were also attributed with strong emotions, as evidenced by the endless tales of their jealousy, ex-girlfriend revenge and wars.
The Greeks believed Zeus was the king of the gods. In turn, the gods fought and schemed for dominance under and against Zeus. They resided in Mt. Olympus and were known as the Olympians. These Olympian gods had come into power by defeating the Titan, a previous set of gods.

Why is it that network marketers around the globe tremble at the thought of going online? And how can you be successful in a personal relationship business model without meeting anyone in person?
The basics of the network marketing business model are being tugged and pulled at. The very essence of the industry is being defined by the few that have moved their business online, proving that the internet can be the best place to gain relationships with others.
For me, once I caught on and had one of those light bulb “aha” moments, I felt embarrassed for not having seen it sooner (I actually felt stupid but I like the previous description better)
You see, it was right in front of me but I couldn’t see it at first. My ex-girlfriend revenge started chatting with other like minded women on a bulletin board online, some 5 years ago. Now I have to say that to me, the industry is a great one. I believe it’s the best opportunity for just about anyone to build a significant business with virtually no risk. But something has got to change in the way network marketing principles are implemented because the way it’s going now, 90% fail.
So what’s the answer? In short - going online. But of course you’ll need to know how to do it effectively. Even online there’s a right way to do things and a wrong way.

I wrote him many explanations, advising him to stay single and look for a girl that won’t let him doubt if he really loves her or not.
This is a very serious question! If you have a relationship without feeling that you love the person you are with, don’t go ahead!
Don’t insist on a mistake, because the consequences are very bitter.
This was a simple example, and yet, so true. I can relate many similar cases, where you’ll verify that the person makes serious mistakes only because they are too ignorant. And then they become victims of craziness and despair, doing terrible things against others and against themselves…
One mistake leads to another, one bad event provokes another and in the end, we see teens committing suicide without any apparent reason.
Relationships with wrong people are very dangerous!
Be very careful with what you do with your life and be very serious in your decisions.

Contributing Factors of Workplace Violence
Contrary to all the media hysteria on the gun theory and the rush to judgment, there are many contributing factors that motivate an individual to escalate his emotional appetite to vengeance. The warning signs are always evident in the aftermath. But the problem is the lack of investment in training and awareness for all in the festering stages during pre-violence periods. You might say it is the “tipping point’ at work. Here are some contributing factors you might want to consider:
- prone to violence or references to violence
- poor or overly authoritative management practices
- permissive workplace environments where toleration of name calling, abusiveness and intimidation is the norm
- workplaces where a lack of awareness tends to dismiss or overlook the indicators
- insensitivity to diverse workplace issues
- acceptable workplace banter just in fun
- spontaneous reactions to ongoing harassment and intimidation
- ex-girlfriend revenge towards the perpetrators
- perceptions of iniquities
- intense media coverage and TV attention
- getting even with the company or society
These contributing factors have environmental and societal impact and are often taken for granted. Supervisors often justify not taking any corrective action because the need to take action is unclear. In the case of Domestic Violence in the workplace, most supervisors do not get involved because they feel incompetent to deal with the situation or feel it is non of their business.
Who Cause Workplace Violence
It is important to remember that workplace violence is not only perpetrated by employees and the threat of an assault, robbery or rape can happen by non employees during their work day or related to their work. However, it is also important to know that the employee you hired years earlier is not the same person you think you know today. There are many causes of workplace violence that have nothing or very little to do with the workplace. Yet, knowing what to look for could help the employee before things got worse. Such causes that might lead to violence could include the following:
- known history or violent past behavior
- changes in personal situations such as confrontational divorces or caustic relationships
- extreme financial hardships
- health problems
- individuals who become mentally deranged
- bitter matrimonial disputes
- knowing the type of community you work in
- societal and environmental influences
Suggested Internal Controls
Technology and security awareness combined might help, however; technology alone is not the solution. What good is the deployment of technology without training that explains the value? The administered policy will not contain the emotions of a vengeful person, but the involved supervisor can have an interdictive value. Establishing clear reporting procedures encourage timely reporting of of potentially hostile situations from escalating. Proactive involvement helps to create a supportive environment in a workplace setting where the need to take appropriate action is supported because management is willing to commit resources. Terminating employees because that is the necessary act must be a guided process to insure a prudent approach to minimize the need to get even. Most terminations are a business decision that is handled by an insensitive manager.
Things To Do…
- Conduct security awareness training down to the lowest level.
- Select the optimum termination environment.
- Include informational mailings with paychecks.
- Designate a time of year as Workplace Violence Prevention Awareness. Key will be the workplace culture that discourages such feelings.
- Incorporate Employee Assistance Programs as part of a workplace Wellness Program.
- Establish clear reporting instructions that places accountability and responsibility to report and document observations.
- Have an anonymous reporting system to protect the source.
- Conduct background checks that offer more insight into the process to protect against the “vacationing” criminal or predator or falsification of applications.
- Employees undergoing difficult marriage relationships should be encouraged to seek help.
- Do provide training for leadership in workplace violence prevention for all levels of management.
Knowing what to do and how to react can help to mitigate the threat of workplace violence and protect as many as possible from the violent act. Remember, while bullets can wound or kill you, so can a flying object or accidental fall. *Stop practicing theory and deal with situational awareness.
And finally but not last, formulate a threat assessment team approach composed of key players to review and evaluate reports or observations of potential situations to prevent escalation. Consider situations that might escalate as justification for convening the threat assessment team. This is particularly important in workplace environments where confidentiality issues protect privacy of individuals from external disclosure of information.
“Evaluate before you have to investigate”. “Emphasize common sense before firing.” “Take favoritism out of the decision process regardless of the relationship”.

For many people, coupon-clipping has been a popular way to save money. Coupons can be clipped from the grocery store and other retail ads, and for many years. my ex-girlfriend revenge has clipped coupons as well. The first thing she does when the Sunday newspaper arrives, is to go through the inserts to look for bargains, etc. We have a trade-off…she does the grocery shopping and I clean the house.
One day, I went into the kitchen to fix a sandwich and to get a cold drink. As I was rummaging through the refrigerator, looking for the ingredients for my sandwich, I got everything I needed, including a large jar of mayonnaise…and, then I noticed another large jar of mayonnaise, and then another! “What’s going on here?” I thought to myself. Why do we have four jars of mayonnaise in the refrigerator?
I had to go to the pantry, to get the rest of the ingredients for my lunch, and there I noticed FIVE more large jars of mayonnaise! This was getting out of hand! All this mayonnaise for a family of four…with two small children? I couldn’t believe it, as this was enough mayonnaise to feed the entire country of Bulgaria for a year! The only thing I could think of how this could happen, was the use or mis-use of coupons. My ex-girlfriend revenge does the shopping. and probably saw a coupon for mayonnaise and bought a jar…and then another…and then another…until the mayonnaise piled up!
All together, there were NINE large jars of mayonnaise in the refrigerator and in the pantry! I had no idea how to solve this problem, but my ex-girlfriend revenge had a little explaining to do. If this continued, I think she was going to need a little therapy…and what better thing to do for her, than send her to Minnesota, so she could get a little counseling at…you guessed it…the Mayo Clinic!
